Your accountant runs Exact Online. Your sales live in a CRM, a webshop or a quoting tool, and someone re-keys them into Exact at month-end, or exports a CSV and hopes. The books are right eventually. Nobody trusts the numbers in between.

We connect the tool you sell with to Exact Online through the Exact API, from the outside: sales invoices, customers, payments, stock movements, in the direction your process needs. Exact's own connector catalogue covers the big names; it doesn't cover the vertical tool or the in-house system your business actually runs on. That's the gap we fill.
The plan settles what the connection means before it exists: which side owns the customer record, how a credit note travels, what happens with a partial payment, what your accountant needs to see and when. Most of the disagreements between a sales tool and an accounting system are about definitions, not data. We write them down.
Your accountant gets clean entries, not a CSV to fix. You get numbers you can look at on the 3rd, not the 25th.

We sit with the people who use both systems, then write the plan: what connects to what, which system owns which data, what happens on conflict, on failure, on deletion, and what it will cost to build.

The migration tool worked; everything around it was manual. We built the customer-facing layer around it in ten days and left the tool untouched, on purpose.

- Our accountant manages Exact. Who talks to them?
- We do, with you. The plan session includes half an hour with your accountant, because they know what breaks at closing.
- Can it go both ways?
- Yes, when it should. Payments back into the sales tool is the usual case. The plan decides which fields go which way and which never cross.
- What about the history?
- The connection runs from a start date we agree. Loading history is a separate, one-off job; we'll quote it in the plan if you want it.
