Contact form

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your details with third parties, or use your data for any purpose beyond that conversation.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry you initiated).

Website analytics

We use analytics to understand how our website is used — which pages are visited, where traffic comes from, and how visitors navigate the site. This helps us improve the content and experience.

We use Umami, a self-hosted, open-source analytics tool. All data is processed on our own infrastructure and never shared with third parties. Umami collects only aggregated, anonymised data — no cookies are used, no personal profiles are built, and no cross-site tracking occurs.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (improving our website). No consent is required because no personal data or cookies are used for this purpose.

What we do not do

We do not:

  • Sell your personal data to anyone, ever
  • Use your data for advertising or profiling
  • Share your data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to operate our services (e.g. our email provider)
  • Transfer your data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and deleted afterwards. We do not maintain a long-term database of website enquiries.
